Our team of personal trainers brings together over 30 years of combined experience, with expertise in strength and conditioning as well as mobility training. Let our highly qualified trainers create a realistic, personalised, and achievable programme tailored to help you reach your goals in both the gym and studio environment.

Roy Essandoh
Roy is an experienced fitness and sports performance specialist with expertise in weight training, strength and conditioning, sports performance, massage and sports therapy, and postural assessment and rehabilitation. With advanced qualifications in personal training, clinical sports therapy, nutrition, and athletic performance, Roy is dedicated to helping clients improve performance, recover effectively, and achieve their health and fitness goals.

Adam Cook
Adam specialises in body composition and weight management, strength training, powerlifting, and nutrition guidance. With experience in powerlifting competition preparation and qualifications in personal training, exercise referral, and group fitness instruction, he helps clients build strength, improve performance, and work toward sustainable health and fitness goals.

Rhys Webb
Rhys is passionate about health and fitness and brings energy and enthusiasm to every session. He enjoys leading group fitness classes and is always on the gym floor motivating and supporting members to achieve their goals. With qualifications in personal training, fitness instruction, circuit training, and kettlebell coaching, Rhys helps create a positive and encouraging environment for all fitness levels.
